Only by vast payments of Laphroaig can he be prevented from laughing at Zwe. Or something.

Rargh!

See for animated bbc doctor who goodness.

Shada is a set of (old doctor who) episodes written by Douglas Adams that missed out on production for some reason or other. Possibly industrial action or budget problems, but don't quote me on that.

I have seen Scream of the Shalka, but so long ago that I can barely remember anything. I believe it would fit in after old but before new doctor who.

I don't know anything about Real Time (and am fairly sure it wasn't there years ago when I watched Shalka) but it is almost certainly worth a look.

"We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to create a new exception to copyright law that gives individuals the right to create a private copy of copyrighted materials for their own personal use, including back-ups, archiving and shifting format."

http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/privatecopy/

It's now possible to petition the prime minister online. This petition struck me as a good idea, without any possible downsides. A lot of the others require quite a lot of deep thought (or are just downright bad ideas), but this really is simple. So I thought I'd put it here and see if anyone else is interested in signing it.

On the other hand, if you just feel silly you could sign a petition asking the PM to stand on his head and juggle icecream. I'm not making this up, there is one for that.

Firefox 2.0. Looks slightly more shiny than firefox 1, but otherwise functions similarly. The spell checker is cool, except that it doesn't recognise 'firefox' as a word. This concludes my testing of that feature. Bye.
